Fermentor – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Studio Zoetekauw – effective date: September 18, 2025

1. License Grant

Studio Zoetekauw grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Fermentor app on your personal device for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and this EULA.

2. Ownership

The Fermentor app, including its code, design, and content, remains the property of Studio Zoetekauw. You are granted a license to use the app; ownership of the software is not transferred.

3. Restrictions

• You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• You may not distribute, sell, or sublicense the app to others.
• You may not use the app in violation of applicable laws or for unlawful purposes.

4. Updates and Changes

Studio Zoetekauw may release updates, bug fixes, or improvements at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified version.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the app from your device.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Studio Zoetekauw is not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands.

By installing or using the Fermentor app, you agree to this EULA.
